No âmbito do Programa de Pesquisa Inovativa em Pequenas Empresas (PIPE), fomentado pela Fundação de Amparo à Pesquisa do Estado de São Paulo (FAPESP), a Geplant Tecnologia Florestal participou em 2018 do 6° treinamento em empreendedorismo de alta tecnologia – PIPE Empreendedor.
O programa, coordenado por Flávio Grynszpan, Hélio Graciosa e Marcelo Nakagawa, tem por objetivo alinhar projetos inovadores selecionados pelo PIPE às demandas do mercado. O treinamento tem como base o programa I-Corps, concebido por Steve Blank, referência mundial nas abordagens Lean Startup e Customer Development, e adotado pela National Science Foundation (NSF) e National Institute of Health (NIH), entre outras agências federais norte-americanas.
Durante o treinamento, a Geplant contou com a mentoria de Carlos Cantelli, fundador da SOLARE Energia Sustentável, e Glauber Vaz, pesquisador da EMBRAPA Informática Agropecuária. Ao longo de sete semanas, os profissionais da Geplant receberam treinamentos específicos para modelagem de negócios e validação de sua proposta de valor. A metodologia tem como foco o desenvolvimento em função do cliente, ou seja, ir até o mercado para levantar as principais demandas e desafios do setor para, então, promover ajustes e adequações no modelo de negócio.
Durante o treinamento foram entrevistados aproximadamente 70 profissionais do setor florestal que representam 35 empresas. A linguagem de negócio e a visão integrada entre processo, pessoas e produtos foi o grande aprendizado no programa. No dia 04 de maio de 2018, celebrou-se a conclusão da 6ª edição do treinamento com mais 20 empresas/startups das áreas de saúde, veterinária, agronomia, computação, engenharia entre outras.

Within the scope of the Small Business Innovation Research Program (PIPE), promoted by the São Paulo State Research Foundation (FAPESP), Geplant Forest Technology participated in 2018 in the 6th High-Tech Entrepreneurship Training – PIPE Entrepreneur.
The program, coordinated by Flávio Grynszpan, Hélio Graciosa and Marcelo Nakagawa, aims to align innovative projects selected by PIPE to the demands of the market. The training is based on the I-Corps program, designed by Steve Blank, a world reference in the Lean Startup and Customer Development approaches, and adopted by the National Science Foundation (NSF) and the National Institute of Health (NIH), among other federal agencies.
During the training, Geplant had the mentorship of Carlos Cantelli, founder of SOLARE Sustainable Energy and Glauber Vaz, a researcher at EMBRAPA Agricultural Informatics. Over seven weeks, Geplant professionals received specific training for business modeling and validation of their value proposition. The methodology focuses on the development by the customer, in other words, go to the market to raise the main demands and challenges of the sector, and then promote adjustments and adaptations in the business model.
During the training, approximately 70 forestry professionals representing 35 companies were interviewed. The business language and integrated vision among process, people and products was the greatest learning in the program. On May 4th, 2018, we celebrated the conclusion of the 6th edition of the training with another 20 companies / startups in the areas of health, veterinary, agronomy, computing, engineering and others.
Geplant Forest Technology constantly seeks to improve its work methodology to promote a more integrated Forest Management that provides greater profitability for the business.
